Note: Personalized or custom-made decor items are non-refundable once production begins.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Email pragati@mayurbhanjtour.com with:
    • Your Order ID
    • Reason for refund
    • Clear photos of the item (for damage/wrong product)
    • Bank details (only if original payment method fails)
  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
  3. Upon approval, we initiate the refund via Razorpay.

  • Convenience fees on orders

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging.
  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is damaged/wrong.
  • We reserve the right to reject repeated or fraudulent refund requests.
  • Refunds for lost shipments are processed only after courier investigation (7–10 days).
  • For chargebacks, contact us first—we’ll resolve it to avoid disputes.
