Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:

Note: Personalized or custom-made decor items are non-refundable once production begins.
How to Request a Refund
- Email pragati@mayurbhanjtour.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for refund
- Clear photos of the item (for damage/wrong product)
- Bank details (only if original payment method fails)
- Our team will respond within 48 hours.
- Upon approval, we initiate the refund via Razorpay.
Refund Processing Timeline

- Refunds are credited only to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).

Important Notes
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags and packaging.
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is damaged/wrong.
- We reserve the right to reject repeated or fraudulent refund requests.
- Refunds for lost shipments are processed only after courier investigation (7–10 days).
- For chargebacks, contact us first—we’ll resolve it to avoid disputes.
